Working at the Ark is a fun and varied experience. We love what we do and the children benefit from this enthusiasm. We are a team of approximately 40 people with varying backgrounds from social care, health care and education. The children benefit from this diversity, which provides a wide variety of techniques approaches. The Ark invests heavily in its team to prepare for all situations and keep children safe.
